Really? you read every 120 page document that came with every piece of software you install? And understood it without a lawyer?
First, the English portion (or any single language) is only 5 pages, not 120. Why would you need a lawyer to understand the agreement? See below.
From Apple's EULA (http://images.apple.com/legal/sla/docs/iphone.pdf)
Apple and its partners and licensees may provide certain services through your iPhone that rely upon location information. To provide these services, where available, Apple and its partners and licensees may transmit, collect, maintain, process and use your location data, including the real-time geographic location of your iPhone. The location data collected by Apple is collected in a form that does not personally identify you and may be used by Apple and its partners and licensees to provide location-based products and services. By using any location-based services on your iPhone, you agree and consent to Apple’s and its partners' and licensees' transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your location data to provide such products and services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by not using the location-based features or by turning off the Location Services setting on your iPhone. Not using these features will not impact the non location-based functionality of your iPhone. When using third party applications or services on the iPhone that use or provide location data, you are subject to and should review such third party's terms and privacy policy on use of location data by such third party applications or services.
Seems pretty straightforward.
Sure, Apple should have encrypted the file, not backed it up to your machine, and culled the database better. However, if you are worried about someone accessing this file from your phone or computer, you should be more worried about the fact someone has your phone or computer.

"Today is forecast to be much warmer than yesterday" ?! That's awesome! What's the script for it?

Hello all, I have been running logic pro 7 on my G5 (now tiger) and since I have created new users whenever I load a song all my plugins have a line through them and the drop down menu has no list of plugins to choose from! I'm sure it's a case of putting some files in the correct folder but which ones and where?
Any help appreciated.

What interface/app are you using to watch video and from what streaming source?
Give me specifics about codec and apps used and I can help you solve this issue no matter what video card you have.
Its only BBC iPlayer and TVcatchup.com. Youtube is better but still glitchy

Just report it under misleading title. As it's a misleading title, they will quickly remove it.
You have successfully submitted a report.

This thread is about information regarding the overall Folding@home team, particularly changes in team ranking and daily point output.
(Originally titled Looks like our folding team just dropped two places...)
OP starts here:__________
...to #60...with another team set to pass us in about a week.:(
I'm working on Bigadvs now, but it wont be enough. We need more members that will run bigadvs.

I'd really not like to see Safari become the next IE 5. It already has its share of JavaScript bugs.
exactly! once there is no safari for windows, there is no longer IE for mac (even if it wasn't the same for windows) and any of those for linux, looks like the web standards will be what firefox and opera "decides".
apple should worry about improving new features for the browser like tabs, page thumbnails and etc... html, javascript and css they have to make work like every browser does (or should). and javascript and css are not working well in safari right now.

Does XCode or interface builder include a grid object or data grid object? Are there any third-party developers who offer those objects?
thanks
ZZGridView is one of your solutions to this matter.
Google it ;)

A business suit can make a potential assailant believe you are ripe for the picking, just as "being dressed like a prostitute" (whatever that means) could do. The comparison is apropos.
So why are we so quick to condemn one, yet excuse at any cost the other? Bit of a double standard there.

I wonder how many team members don't even know about the passkey/bonus system? Could we up output by educating them about that, as well as client configuration?
I keep seeing it discussed but I don't know what it is. What is the best way to fold? What gets me the most points I know I can add things to the advanced section what do I put? And what is passkey.

Domino, on the other hand, is pure garbage. I remember working in a 20 person company back in '00 where we had a Domino server running on a dual 500MHz PIII server with 2 gigs of RAM - very expensive at the time. It was very hard on the poor machine. It was choking. And the only three things the server was used for were email, very basic scheduling, and a billable hour tracking app. Not that that server is any speed demon by modern standards... But a non-Domino system having the same functionality would not have created any measurable load on the server at all with only 20 users. Did I also mention the server was less than stable? And I still remember how SP6 for NT completely brought the damn thing down... Ouch.
Well, the company where I have work has 30,000 email users and it runs perfectly on a 8 Core AIX Power5 machine, so I'm not sure how a dual p3 couldn't handle 20 users unless it was very poorly configured.
